STRA is a team roping association for men team ropers age 45 and up and women team ropers ages 40 and up. You must turn the minimum age during the year you join. STRA membership fee is $50.00 and a husband and wife can rope on one membership. Roper over the age of 70 can join with no membership fee but they must fill out STRA application.
